Online Applications
 | Teaching is good and occasionally outstanding.

Welcome to our online recruitment pages! All you will need to learn about the school and make an application can be found on this page. The 'Current Vacancies' page lists jobs that are currently being advertised, and will most likely be before they are advertised.
If you are here as a result of referral from any of our advertising campaigns we have placed in the TES, Essex Jobscene or the local press, then welcome! We think you will really enjoy working at The Cornelius Vermuyden School and Arts College. Why not arrange an appointment to come round and tour the school!
To arrange a tour or if you require any further information on job vacancies at the school, then simply e-mail to Mrs A Beckman - Head's PA.

If you come and work for us, you fall into the government's category of 'key worker'. This means you could get help to buy your first home or to move into a family home. Opportunities are also available to rent homes at affordable prices. Click the 'key worker' icon to visit the Key Worker Living web site for more information.
Making an Application
Whether applying for a teaching or support staff post, you can apply in the following ways:
-
Application packs for all posts can be requested via e-mail directly from Mrs A Beckman - Head's PA. The application pack will be sent via the postal system in the normal way. Return the completed application materials to the address at the top of this page;
-
All relevant materials can be printed off from the links to documents online, on this page and the Current Vacancies page. This means that you can fill them in normally and send by post, but have more time to do so. Return the completed application materials to the address at the top of this page;
-
You can make an e-Application. To do this, you simply directly type your details into the downloadable application form and criminal disclosure form. You can then e-mail these, along with copies of your application letter (and CV should you wish) directly to Mrs A Beckman - Head's PA.
